Volunteer Framework
To stay aligned across our programs, we use a simple volunteer structure with Lead and Support roles. Lead Volunteers work with the Executive Director and the Board to guide each program and maintain consistency. Support Volunteers help bring programs to life through hands-on work and community engagement.


Open Volunteer Positions

Plant Stand

  • Lead: Oversees the organization and sustainability of the Plant Stand

  • Support: Maintains space, keeps area clean and inviting

Facebook Group

  • Lead: Manages engagement, posts updates, responds to members

  • Support: Positions filled

Plant Swaps

  • Lead: Plans, promotes, and oversees event execution

  • Support: Assists with setup, participant guidance, and breakdown


Workshops

  • Lead: Coordinates logistics, presenters, and promotion

  • Support: Assists with setup, materials, and day-of flow


Book Club

  • Lead: Position filled

  • Support: Co-hosts, suggests books, encourages participation


Little Lending Library

  • Lead: Oversees inventory, donations, and communication

  • Support: Restocks, organizes, and maintains the space
