Volunteer Framework
To stay aligned across our core program areas, we have developed a volunteer framework that defines Lead and Support roles.

Lead Volunteers work closely with the Executive Director and Board to guide each program area, ensure consistency, and support overall strategy. Support Volunteers play an essential role in bringing each program to life through participation, community engagement, and hands-on support.

Open Volunteer Positions

Plant Stand

• Lead: Oversees the organization and sustainability of the Plant Stand

• Support: Maintains space, keeps area clean and inviting
  
  

Facebook Group

• Lead: Manages engagement, posts updates, responds to members

Plant Swaps

• Lead: Plans, promotes, and oversees event execution

• Support: Assists with setup, participant guidance, and breakdown

Workshops

• Lead: Coordinates logistics, presenters, and promotion

• Support: Assists with setup, materials, and day-of flow

Book Club

• Support: Co-hosts, suggests books, encourages participation

Little Lending Library

• Lead: Oversees inventory, donations, and communication

• Support: Restocks, organizes, and maintains the space
